Korean actress Park Shin Hye is featured in Singles Magazine's May 2011 edition in an editorial called "Naughty Girl". Honestly, I don't think this is a naughty look, but more of an urban/hip-hop chic look. But if the editors were thinking along heterosexual gender and propriety lines (that women should dress in a prim-and-proper way and not like this), then maybe 'naughty' is acceptable.
